B&D Builders Promotes Dietz, Hires New Relationship Manager

B&D Builders has no plans of slowing down in 2023. In fact, the leadership team is proud to announce the promotion of William Dietz to general manager and the hire of William Phipps as relationship manager. Having the right people on the B&D team has proven to be a major reason for our company’s continued success, and we are confident these changes will benefit clients and employees alike.

New general manager Will Dietz is no stranger to B&D Builders. He started with us in 2005 as a tradesman, gaining valuable experience building and installing luxury horse barns and homes along the East Coast. Over time, he was promoted to supervisory and project management roles, overseeing new projects and leading teams with confidence and expertise. Will is an exceptional leader who helps team members reach their full potential, ensures clients’ expectations are met, and streamlines processes throughout the company to maximize everyone’s efforts. Two of his favorite projects have been the restoration of the Star Barn in Elizabethtown, PA, and building the incredible Riveredge equine facility in Chesapeake City, MD. We know our team is in good hands with Will.

Will Phipps, B&D’s new relationship manager, has a full resume of impressive qualifications and experience in the equestrian industry. He spent more than a decade as a business consultant for one of the largest horse transportation companies in the world, was an assistant to Hall of Fame trainer Bill Mott, worked under notable horsemen like Jimmy Day and Tom Voss, and also held roles as a farm manager and farm trainer. Additionally, Will spent five years as an amateur steeplechase jockey. We are excited for him to bring his wealth of equestrian knowledge to his new role, strengthening existing client relationships and fostering new connections with prospective clients.
