Delta, PA

On a bluff overlooking the wide Susquehanna River, this residence along the Mason-Dixon Line was in need of a refreshed look. The cedar shingles adorning the 1990s build are being replaced, along with the addition of new windows, a new roof, new dormers, an inviting arched entryway, and a new circular drive that gives the structure the stately approach it deserves. Stone wainscoting adds a firm grounding to the landscape, while a cupola on the roofline gives the home a sense of scale it was sorely missing in its original form.
