This project was literally years in the making. We helped the property owners get through three years of legal wrangling to get their building permits — and it was all worth it in the end. This beautiful 30,000-square-foot equestrian facility includes an octagonal timber frame barn and an arched riding arena nestled into a hillside. Fine custom details can be found throughout, but the most unique feature may be the arena windows that open fully like garage doors. Shadow line shingles give the roof a distinctive look, complemented by cedar siding.
