Sometimes it’s nice to get out of our own backyard, and this event space in Nappannee, Indiana, was worth the drive. This 30,000-square-foot building (including 20,000 feet of event space) features impressive 80-foot clear span trusses weighing 22,500 pounds! We used Douglas fir timber frames and pine on the interior, and Hardie B&B siding and a standing seam roof on the exterior. The result is a truly impressive space, both inside and out!
