Twenty-four deluxe custom-made mahogany stalls make this equestrian facility extra special. Each stall is oversized, at 14 feet x 12 feet, with StableComfort floor mattresses, large fans, two water buckets, and a large exterior window. We laid thick rubber dog-bone aisleways throughout, and a state-of-the-art Lutron system controls the lighting and sound within this beautiful structure. There is a large tack room with custom-made wood saddle racks and a beautiful island with chandelier. The facility also has an owner’s apartment and lounge, with a kitchen, office, and exercise room.
